The client login page allows pre-registered ASI clients access to access numerous web-based data entry and data analysis systems.  Based on client specifications, these systems replicate the clinical case record and/or the assessment instruments that their organization uses to collect vital intake, clinical progress and outcomes information on there clientele.  For example, some of the data collection systems include intake information, client demographics, individualized service planning with automated outcomes evaluation, assessment checklists, behavioral management systems, report and graphing features, discharge dispostion, and follow-up information.  

ASI clients enter client data directly in to the website from their office or home computer systems, and in turn are capable of creating individual or aggregate graphs on any of the predesignated database system variables. 

In addition, ASI clients can also request a file of the data that they have enter in either ACCESS, Excel or SPSS.

Yes.  Approximately 50% of our consulting services are offered on-site.  The services are always offered in the environment in most ammenable to the client. 

Some services, such as information technology services, database development, data analysis and report writing do not require the Consulting staff to be on-site at all times. 

As mush as 50% of the consulting services offered can be offered via the internet site, by e-mail or over the phone.

ASI offers very reasonable and competitive consulting rates. Consulting services are charged either on a per hour, per diem or per project rate.

While most ASI consulting fees are standardized across the types of services offered, there are cases in which the consulting rates are negotiable.  In these cases, ASI works with the client to determine a fee schedule that works for both parties.
