Allegany County Office for Children, Youth and Families

  • Provision of evaluation consultation to Allegany Local Management Board in the areas of Results Based Accountability, setting of long term trends for social indicators, and linkage of social indicators to programmatic evaluation

Anne Arundel County Systems Reform Initiative

  • Provision of evaluation consultation to Anne Arundel County Systems reform Initiative to include defining of program evaluation indicators for all grant funded programs, training of vendors and staff in results based accountability and program evaluation
  • Assisting Board in defining of social results and indicators, analysis of long term trends for social indicators, analysis of program evaluation data, drafting of reports on social indicator and program evaluation data, presentations to the Board as requested

Caroline County Human Services Council

  • Provision of evaluation consultation to Caroline County Human Services Council to include defining of long term trends of community social indicators, tracking of long term social indicators, analysis of community social indicators and program evaluation indicators, drafting of 199, 2000 and 2001 Annual reports profile data findings, and presentation of findings to the Council Board.

Cecil County Government Resource Council For Children and Families

  • Provision of evaluation consultation to Cecil Government Resource Council in setting Results and Indicators for children and families in the Cecil County community. Facilitator of annual Council retreat.

 Child Advocacy Network

  • Development of Program Evaluation Assessment for Child Advocacy Center serving abuse and neglected children in the city of Baltimore.

Childhelp USA- Village Arizona

  • Provision of on-site program evaluation technical assistance to residential facility servicing severely abused and neglected children 4-13 years of age.
  • Responsibilities include evaluation plan development and implementation to include: defining of results, indicator selection, measurement tool selection, data collection strategies, data base development, data analysis, report writing, and assistance in using data to drive programmatic and policy decision making.
  • Additional responsibilities include the development of an assessment system capable of measure the effectiveness of the equine assisted psychotherapy component of the residential treatment program

Dorchester Co. Dept of Social Services

  • Development of agency strategic plan to include focus group facilitation, conducting of a community needs assessment, data analysis, strategic plan development, drafting of final document, assistance in beginning stages of plan implementation

Family Preservation Initiative of Baltimore City, Inc.

  • Research, evaluation, development and implementation for interagency child and family service models to include wraparound case management, intensive family preservation, child welfare, school inclusion and delinquency prevention.
  • Evaluation technical assistance to Federal Family Preservation and Family Support Initiatives in Historic East Baltimore Empowerment Zone Community in Baltimore City

Federal Safe and Drug Free Schools Project

  • Applied research and evaluation consultation to federally funded Safe and Drug Free Schools Projects; consultation responsibilities included the development of SPSS data bases, training of staff on assessment instruments

Health Systems Research

  • Provision of community-based program evaluation technical assistance to recipients of federally appropriated Maternal and Child Health grant funds earmarked to improve social/health indicators for children 0-5.
  • States receiving technical assistance included Alabama, Arizona, District of Columbia, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Hampshire, Ohio, Rhode Island,  and Wisconsin

Illinois State Department of Education-PBIS/EBD Network

  • Provision of on-site program evaluation technical assistance to interagency network programs in the state of Illinois implementing a wraparound case management model of intervention for emotionally and behaviorally involved children and youths
  • Responsibilities include evaluation plan development and implementation to include: defining of results, indicator selection, measurement tool selection, data collection strategies, data base development, data analysis, report writing, and assistance in using data to drive programmatic and policy decision making
  • Development, implementation of an on-line relational data base system for purposes of teacher and education staff data entry, data driven clinical decision-making and frequency graphing

Illinois State Department of Education-Autism Project

  • Develop and implementation of virtual systematic information management database system for outcomes data entry and analysis

Kent County Local Management Board

  • Provision of evaluation consultation to Kent County in the areas of program evaluation assessment instrument development and data base development

  • Designer of Family Village Center Concept for Family Development and Education committee of the Empowerment Zone Project
  • Staff/Consultant to Research and Evaluation Subcommittee, assisting the committee in designing a results-based accountability system to include the accurate selection of results, targeting of indicators, and review of best practice strategies

Maryland Department of Human Resources-Office of Child and Family Services

  • Provision of on-site program evaluation technical assistance to 17 counties in the state of Maryland implementing and providing the Federal Child Welfare Safe and Stable Families-Family Support and Family Preservation Grant funded programs.

  • Development and implementation of F-Trac, the automated information tracking system utilized by FRIENDS to track technical asistance outcomes

Philadelphia School Readiness Project-Fiscal Policy Studies

  • Technical Assistance with project targeted to define outcomes and indicators for the Philadelphia School Readiness Project targeting children ages 0-5, and their families
